Our office offers the most up to date sonographic services for our patients. We offer abdominal and transvaginal GYN sonograms, with and without 3D technology. We also offer sono-guided procedures in the office such as amniocentesis and sono-guided aspirations. We also offer a wide range of obstetrical sonograms, including first trimester sono, nuchal translucency scans, growth scans as well as sonos to monitor fetal well-being.
We are an AAAASF certified Office Based Surgery site. This allows us to perform minor gynecologic surgeries in our office, avoiding hospital and large outpatient surgical facilities. This allows us to care for our patients, in a familiar setting, with familiar staff, in order to eliminate a large amount of anxiety and stress, while increasing convenience for our patients. These are done under rigorous guidelines in order to ensure patient safety without sacrifice. These services include D&Cs, Polypectomies, Hysteroscopies, LEEP procedures, Treatment of miscarriages as well as many others.
Our team specializes in minimally invasive surgery, Laparoscopic, Hysteroscopic as well as Robotic procedures. This allows us to perform advanced surgeries in a safe way that allows the patient a quicker return to normal activity. This takes a procedure that traditionally would involve a large incision, prolonged hospital stay, and even longer recovery period; and reduces it to small incisions, Out-patient or overnight recovery, with a drastically reduced recovery period. This includes treatment for Fibroids, Endometriosis, Cysts, Pelvic Adhesive disease, Bleeding abnormalities, and Risk reducing surgeries. As a team we have a vast experience in gynecologic surgery and work together to optimize patient outcomes.
In keeping with our teams approach to minimizing the surgical impact on patients, we also are very active in managing gynecologic problems with non-surgical techniques or utilize minor surgical procedures which allows us to avoid the ultimate – Hysterectomy. While these are not applicable to all patients, our team goal is to optimize a patient’s care to allow quicker return to everyday function.
To help empower our patients and assist them to achieve lifelong heath goals, we offer consultations as well as medically managed weight loss regimens, tailored to the individual’s needs.
We help evaluate and treat patients struggling with urinary leakage. We include Counselling, Physical Therapy, Medical management as well as surgical management in conjunction with board certified Urogynecologists. We also offer the noninvasive Emsella chair to treat all forms of urinary incontinence. This is a painless, non-invasive, procedure which has been demonstrated to decrease leakage.
